Carnivale du Vin is the Emeril Lagasse Foundation’s signature annual fund raising event, which has raised over $7.5 million since its inception in 2005. Chef Emeril and friends celebrate exquisite wine, delectable cuisine, and one of Wine Spectator’s “Top Ten US Charity Wine Auctions” to benefit Emeril Lagasse Foundation.
